Terms of Service

Booking online reserves a time with Annie. It is not a purchase, and nothing is charged when you book.

Please give us a real name, phone number and email address, so that we can reach you if anything about your appointment has to change.

We save a card to hold your appointment time. It can be charged if you do not show up, or if you cancel, and it is charged only by Annie and only by hand. Nothing is ever charged automatically by this website.

How much the fee is, and how much notice she asks for, are set out on our booking policies page, and that page is the one that counts. Annie decides whether to apply the fee in a given case.

Read our booking policies

Once your appointment is booked, changes and cancellations are made by phone or text, not on this website. Call or text us and Annie will move things around for you.

The link in your confirmation email shows you the details of your appointment. It is there so you can check them, not to change them.

Please arrive on time. If you are running late, call ahead. Arriving late may mean a shorter service, or moving you to another appointment.

Anyone under 18 needs the consent of a parent or guardian before any service.

Waxing and facials are beauty services, not medical treatment, and nothing on this website is medical advice.

Please tell Annie before your appointment about any skin conditions, allergies, recent sun exposure or medications. Some of them, retinoids and certain acne medications in particular, make waxing unsafe. If we do not know about it, we cannot work around it.

The words, photographs and design on this site belong to Annie's Waxing. Please do not copy them for your own business.

We do our best to keep prices, hours and availability correct, but they can change. The price you are quoted at your appointment is the one that applies.

We do our best to keep this website working, but we cannot promise it will never be down, and we cannot promise every time shown is still free. Somebody else may take a time between the moment you see it and the moment you confirm it.

If that happens the booking will not go through and you can simply choose another time. If you get stuck, call or text us and we will get you in.
