Booking policies
Clear and fair, so booking with us is stress-free.
- No payment at booking
- You won't be charged when you book. We securely save a card on file only to hold your appointment time.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours
- Plans change — that's okay. Cancel or reschedule at no charge any time up to 24 hours before your appointment — just call or text us and we'll take care of it.
- Late cancellations & no-shows
- A $20 fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours, charged to the card on file.
- Arriving late
- Please arrive on time. If you're running late, call ahead — late arrivals may need to shorten or reschedule the service.
- Clients under 18
- Minors require a parent or guardian's consent before any service.
